The wood floor DID NOT buckle..
NOR did the toilets explode…
DIDN'T have any pipes burst under the tile...
The basement walls DIDN'T cave in…
The ceiling ISN'T leaking...
There IS equipment in the kitchen and décor on the walls…
The Wooden Shoe didn't buy it…
The Boulevard didn't buy it...
And lastly Mark still hasn't bought it!
It has NOT SOLD…
It IS FOR SALE…
And MOST IMPORTANTLY….
